SUPPORT ANALYST – Markham, ON

As the front-line point of contact for Everlink customers, the National Client Support Centre (NCSC) is considered a vital aspect of Everlink’s client relationship management strategy and provides toll-free client-application service and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager of the National Client Support Centre, the Support Analyst is responsible for interacting with clients, other employees and third party vendors to resolve issues using hardware/software systems through defined process and techniques. They will also ensure that all problems and questions are documented, researched, escalated if necessary, and monitored until resolved.

Core Requirements

  • Experience working in a contact centre environment, with an understanding of phone systems
  • Demonstrates a customer-focused and action oriented approach
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with a large degree of independence
  • Some industry specific (IT or Financial) post secondary education preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Possesses autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and overnights

Preference will be given to those applicants with prior experience in the financial and/or transaction switching industry.
