As the front-line point of contact for Everlink customers, the National Client Support Centre (NCSC) is considered a vital aspect of Everlinks client relationship management strategy and provides toll-free client-application service and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager of the National Client Support Centre, the Support Analyst is responsible for interacting with clients, other employees and third party vendors to resolve issues using hardware/software systems through defined process and techniques. They will also ensure that all problems and questions are documented, researched, escalated if necessary, and monitored until resolved.
Core Requirements
Preference will be given to those applicants with prior experience in the financial and/or transaction switching industry.
