Everlink Implements Key Strategic Organizational Changes

February 14, 2011

MARKHAM, Ontario, February 14th, 2011 – Everlink, a leading provider of Integrated Payment Solutions and Services in the Canadian marketplace, has implemented key strategic organizational changes to three Divisions over the last few months to ensure improved structural alignment with its Corporate Vision and to enhance overall Divisional effectiveness.

The Business Development Division, under the leadership of Jim Hackett (Vice-President), is responsible for Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Product Management initiatives, as well as legal services. To emphasize increased client-centricity, the Product Management group was incorporated into the Business Development team to more closely align the Everlink products and services strategy with the Account Management elements of the business.

The Product Development & Delivery Division, led by Romi Kohli (Director), will focus on the development of the technical aspects of the Everlink Suite of Integrated Payment Solutions and Services. This team holds the responsibility of both enhancing our current product suite as well as building new products and services as conceived by the Product Management group.

The IT Service Delivery Management Division, formerly known as Operations, was renamed to more accurately reflect its role as well as to align with current industry standards. Under the leadership of Paul Mighton (Vice-President), this team has focused its energy on disciplined, client-centric, process improvement. In an effort to more closely align with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and other industry best-practices, the IT Service Delivery Management team is responsible for the ongoing operations of the Everlink production environment, client-facing service and support delivery as well as the quality assurance of our new and existing technologies.

Carlo Tuzi and Duane Gomes remain in their current roles as Vice President, Technical Architecture and Vice President & Controller, Finance, respectively. There have been no changes to either the Technical Architecture or Finance Divisions.

There is a clear path to our solutions and services strategy: Business Development partners with our clients to identify and prioritize both “enhancements to current” as well as “future new”, solutions and services; Product Management serves as our forward-thinking, research and development (R&D) focal point to formalize client priorities into a product/service delivery road-map; together with Technical Architecture, Product Development & Delivery designs, builds and tests the new solutions and services; IT Service Delivery Management implements and maintains the new solutions and services in the day to day Production environment; and, going full-circle, Business Development delivers the solutions and services to our new and existing clients, with the support of our Finance group.
