Everlink Partners with Chase Paymentech to Offer a New Merchant Credit Acquiring Program (MCAP)

MARKHAM, Ontario, February 23, 2010 – Everlink, a leading provider of Integrated Payment Solutions and Services in the Canadian marketplace, is pleased to announce a referral relationship with Chase Paymentech, a business unit of JP Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM), a global leader in payment processing and merchant acquiring.

This new multi-year agreement allows Everlink to expand its Merchant Services suite to include merchant credit card acquiring services through Chase Paymentech. These new services will be offered to Credit Unions, Banks via Everlink’s direct sales and ISO Channel Marketing (Independent Sales Organizations).

Chase Paymentech will provide merchant adjudication, account and credit card acquiring services while Everlink will provide payment transaction switching, routing and settlement services for these transactions.
