Everlink National Client Support Centre Relocation to Markham, Ontario

MARKHAM, Ontario, December, 19, 2008 Everlink, a leading provider of Electronic Transaction Processing and Payments services in the Canadian marketplace, announced today a decision to relocate their National Client Support Centre (NCSC) from Burnaby, BC to Markham, ON, by March end 2009.

The relocation will allow for greater synergies and efficiencies between the NCSC and our core Technical, Project & Product Management and Operational resources at the Corporate Head Office, located in Markham. This strategic decision will improve the quality of service and support for customers throughout Canada. Furthermore, the move will result in a lower cost of doing business which in turn will allow Everlink to continue to provide innovative payment solutions at competitive prices.

“Everlink’s leadership in the provision of reliable financial transaction processing and payment services is largely a function of the day-to-day interactions between our core technical & operational and client-facing resources,” said Everlink President Mark Ripplinger. “As such, and in line with our continued Customer Centricity strategy, this consolidation is purposefully designed to increase internal and external operational efficiencies in order to enable Everlink to more effectively serve our growing customer base. The NCSC transition to the Markham HQ offices will be conducted in a manner that will ensure maximum continuity in services and support.”
