EVERLINK PAYMENT SERVICES APPOINTS PETER KALOGIANNIDES VICE- PRESIDENT, RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, SALES AND MARKETING

MARKHAM, ON, February 19, 2008 – Everlink, a leading premier provider of high-integrity electronic transactions and payments services to the Canadian Financial Services marketplace, has named Peter Kalogiannides to the position of Vice-President, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing. In this position, Peter will be responsible for all aspects of the Everlink customer-facing operations, including Customer Relationship Management, Customer and Partner support programs, Strategic Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Peter will report directly to the office of the President, Mark Ripplinger, with a mandate to deliver strong growth through a focus on Customer Experience, Client Service Excellence, Partnerships and Employee engagement.

Peter, with Masters of Applied Science and Bachelor degrees from Toronto and Sussex, brings to Everlink a wealth of hands-on and action-based experience and expertise with over 29 years in technology-based business arenas such as Electronic Security for Banks and Credit Unions, ATM Anti-Skimming solutions, Banking and Credit Union systems & applications, Professional Services and Solutions, Wireless PKI Security, EBPP, Satellite Data Applications and Industrial Automation. He has strong expertise in strategically identifying market opportunities and executing with a high degree of Customer Focus and Centricity, and possesses an effective combination of consultative leadership and team achievement facilitation skills, supported by a keen sense of teamwork and Customer-Vendor collaboration. Peter promotes a results-driven, goal-oriented culture focused on delivering Value for customers, team members and shareholders.

As Vice-President of Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing for Everlink, Peter replaces Carole Kalil who has served in that capacity since August 2007. Kalil has decided to pursue other interests outside the company.
