EVERLINK PAYMENT SERVICES APPOINTS RAYMOND GINGRAS VICE-PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

MARKHAM, ON, June 16, 2008 - Everlink, a leading premier provider of high-integrity electronic transactions and payments services to the Canadian Financial Services marketplace, has named Raymond Gingras to the position of Vice-President, Operations. In this position, Raymond will have leadership responsibility for all customer service and support related operations including the Implementations team, Testing and Q/A team, National Customer Support Center and on-line and off-line applications support teams. Raymond will report directly to the office of the President, Mark Ripplinger, with a mandate to deliver strong growth through a focus on Customer Service and Support, and Operational Excellence.

Raymond brings to Everlink more than 20 years of technical and operational management in the IT industry. Prior to joining Everlink, Raymond held progressively senior level positions in several organizations, most recently within Subex World. Earlier, Mr. Gingras built a solid track record at the executive level in a variety of roles with organizations such as Alcatel USA, Rogers and Nortel. His extensive operations and technology knowledge has helped him manage New Product Introduction, Product Support, Quality Assurance and Mult-site international service and support operations throughout his career.

Ray's focus on customer service and support and deep expertise in operational processes will assist Everlink in its business strategy to become an even stronger, more consistently dependable leader in the payments processing business.

Raymond is a professional Electrical Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
