ATM Load Images
A number of load image files have been developed by Everlink and can be shared by multiple clients within the same logical node while still allowing clients the flexibility to choose their own set of functionality at the terminal which will be reflected by the screens that appear.

Groups have been created to define the screen sets that will appear on each terminal. These groups can be custom fit to match the selected transaction functionality supported at each terminal. Both the load image file and group to be selected are configurable by terminal, by node and client’s requirements.

In addition to the standard load group, Everlink developed custom built groups which can incorporate:

• Additional languages
• Custom font sets
• Enhanced graphics / colour support
• Touch screens

ATM Remote Software Distribution
With the trend of ATMs moving towards Microsoft XP Operating Systems and IP based delivery channels, Everlink has installed the CA Unicenter Software Delivery Service. This automatic, remote software distribution capability will offer monthly releases of Microsoft Security Patches as well as Anti-virus program updates. The software scripts will be delivered to all ATMs that meet the minimum requirements for CA software distribution.

ATM Voice Guidance
The ATM voice guidance system enables the visually impaired to conveniently and easily carry out financial transactions at the ATM. It provides simultaneous and synchronized audio instructions using a standard headphone jack that corresponds to the image displayed on the ATM.

ATM PIN Change
Cardholder security is of prime importance in today’s payment processing industry. Fraudulent transactions continue to rise with many Financial Institutions pursuing fraud detection systems and other security enhancements to reduce their Cardholder exposure. One of the mechanisms in which fraudsters lay claim to cards is through the detection of the Cardholder’s Personal Identification Number (PIN). Everlink is preparing it's processing environment for ATMs and Host environments to support our Client’s Cardholders ability to change their PINs at their Financial Institution’s ATMs.

ATM Multi Currency Dispensing
Everlink has prepared its Cybergateway ATM processing environment to support the capability to dispense US Dollar and Euro Currencies from Client ATMs. Everlink will determine and configure the exchange rates and enhance current levels of reporting for our Clients to minimize ATM balancing and settlement impacts.

ATM Remote Key Loading
Remote Key Loading automatically creates and downloads the DES (data encryption standard) keys to the ATM. Keys can be securely reloaded and the ATM is operational in a matter of minutes - eliminating a site visit.

Web FASTest™
Continual changes demand rigorous QA, regression, and certification testing despite logistical issues. Web FASTest provides a quick and convenient way to complete testing with Everlink. This web-based simulator offers the Financial Institution a simulated and completely unassisted ATM and POS environment for the purposes of completing pre-certification to the Cybergateway interface. With Web FASTest, your Financial Institution can conduct comprehensive testing 24/7 through your Internet connection.
