Reporting

Everlink offers a wide selection of Standard Reports, Data Extract Files and Customised Reports to our customers pertinent to the specific Everlink solution provided and the unique requirements of the individual client. The reports have been created to provide clients with an array of information pertaining to all the cardholder and ATM transactions that have been completed within a business day.

The reports support various levels of settlement. For example a Settlement Agent represents the settlement activity for a group of credit unions or Connectors at a provincial or group level. The reporting system also creates reports for the individual credit union or Connector that will reflect the completed transactions for the same business day as the Settlement Agent.

This tiered reporting system ensures the settlement totals between both levels are in balance leaving the credit union/connector in balance with their Settlement Agent.

The EVERLINK Standard Reporting Offering includes 15 reports:

  • Daily Transaction Detail – Issuer
  • Daily Transaction Detail – Acquirer
  • Daily Acquirer Deposits
  • Monthly Connector Volume Statistics
  • Daily Connector Settlement
  • Daily Electronic Bill Payment Transaction Detail
  • Daily Connector Transaction Detail – Retained Cards
  • Monthly Connector Performance
  • Monthly Connector Acquirer History
  • Daily Velocity Meter
  • Monthly Connector Billing – Transaction Ativity
  • Monthly Database Audit
  • Monthly Connector Billing – Database Activity

Transaction Detail-File Extracts

The file extracts provide the credit union/connector with a file of the transaction completed within a specific business/settlement day. The file extract provides the flexibility for a credit union/connector to extrapolate specific transaction details. For example a settlement agent may require information to produce a velocity report. A connector may require the information to perform reconciliation to a host banking system to identify and resolve settlement discrepancies. The file extract can also be used to analyze transition information to identify trends within the organization.

If a credit union/connector does not have the ability to create specialized reporting from the file extract, Everlink is able to provide this service through our Professional Services.

Customised Reports

  • Everlink manages extensive databases of hourly, daily, weekly, monthy and ongoing data for ATM and POS transactions, settlement and reconciliation.
  • We are willing to be engaged in any assignment with your Credit Union, Bank or Independent Services Organization (ISO) to compile and generate specifically customised reports to address your specific needs.
  • These reports, which may be provided beyond and above the Everlink 18 standard reports and Connector Extract File (CEF), will be delivered to you daily, weekly or monthly via our secure FTP capability or via InfoManager – our comprehensive web-based report delivery portal.
