Everlink provides extensive training and coursework on all of our solutions. Courses offer complete user and technical training, covering all aspects of operation and use.
Each training engagement is supported through hands-on exercises, where applicable, enabling stakeholders to operate actual solution functionality. Courses are provided throughout the year at either Everlink or client locations.
Everlink also offers onsite consultancy visits to discuss a customer’s education requirements and make training recommendations for individual staff members based on their specific roles within the organization. Customers interested in this option should contact their Strategic Account Manager or Everlink’s National Client Support Centre for more information.
