ATM Monitoring

The Everlink ATM Management System (AMS) is an automated calling system using a Gasper software product. Everlink AMS will notify a financial institution’s predefined contact or service vendor when an ATM experiences a fault such as a paper jam, out of cash situation, or system problem.

ATMs are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Everlink AMS, to provide Everlink clients with the current condition of their terminals. Everlink AMS also allows a client to query ATMs by calling into the system to retrieve dispatch information, acknowledge dispatches, update ticket information, and check the current status of its ATMs 24 hours per day.

Everlink clients interact directly with the Everlink AMS system by using a touch-tone phone and an Everlink-distributed user ID and password.

Everlink AMS provides on line access to view current status and open tickets for each ATM. Access can be provided to the client and or their third party service providers.

Everlink AMS proactively monitors re-occurring problems and provides this information in a status code frequency report.
