By today’s standards, the Everlink platform operates on best-of-breed, industry leading software and hardware including the ACI Base 24 transaction processing system on a HP NonStop (Tandem) hardware platform of ten interconnected servers.
The Everlink technical platform is configured in a “dual-site” environment. Both the Primary and Disaster Recovery facilities feature an industrial strength, production class data centre with real-time transaction replication. This means the Everlink architecture provides mirrored transactions so that should a severe system outage or disaster occur, Everlink customers would experience zero disruption. This specially designed “Hot-site” Disaster Recovery solution is operational, fully tested twice each year and is hosted at an ultra-secure, off-site facility.
