Mark Ripplinger, President And Ceo, Appointed To Paytechs Of Canada Board Of Directors

Amendments to the PayTechs of Canada Board of Directors: Following the February 25, 2020 Board meeting, voting members unanimously endorsed a recommendation to enlarge the Board from 5 to 7 members, effective immediately. At this time, Justin Ferrabee, CEO, Mazooma Inc. and Mark Ripplinger, CEO, Everlink Payment Services have been appointed to the PayTechs of Canada Board of Directors. They will join the other members:

Chair: Laurence Cooke, nanopay Inc.

Directors: Harinder Takhar – Paytm Labs; Shirley Matthew – Peoples Group; Kristen Wilson – Celero Solutions; and Ben Harrison – Portag3 Venture Gp.
