EVERLINK INTRODUCES ATM EXPRESS – A NEW ATM MANAGED SERVICES SOLUTION

Markham, ON – Everlink Payment Services Inc. – in partnership with Diebold, Incorporated – is pleased to introduce ATM Express, a comprehensive and customizable set of ATM managed services. This solution is designed to facilitate branch transformations, enhance targeted marketing capabilities, improve customer experience – through features such as remote teller two-way video support – and increase ATM fleet efficiency. This is done without increasing the financial institution’s (FIs) operational burden thanks to a monthly payment model.

The customizable service bundles allow ATM Express to achieve a wide range of client objectives, from service enhancement to operations improvements to a complete outsource solution.  This solution will be available for client ATMs in March 2015.

The functionality components of ATM Express, such as marketing campaign management and remote software delivery allow financial institutions to not only keep their ATM channel up-to-date, but to use it more effectively to shape a positive and interactive customer experience at the ATM.

With the introduction of new in-lobby teller hardware and new features such remote teller (video) support, Everlink clients will be able to jump start their branch transformation plans and deploy those elements that will be central to their physical and digital (phygital) strategy.
