Currently, more than 79% of all fraud occurs through card-not-present transactions. 3D Secure Authentication delivers an added layer of security for consumers providing an improved, more flexible cardholder experience for card-not-present transactions across multiple devices.

Features and benefits include less risk of online cart abandonment, resulting in higher transaction volume as well as cost savings from a reduction in fraud loss. It also provides more control and flexibility to evaluate and adjust authentication rules and additional security in a dynamic eCommerce environment.

This service is compatible with 3DS 1.0 and EMV 3DS 2.0 standards, and it’s available on existing Everlink co-badge card products for VISA and Mastercard and is available to all clients for debit, credit, and prepaid products regardless of whether you currently process with Everlink today. Additionally, Everlink looks to further enhance this service with step-up authentication through One Time Password (OTP) in early 2022.
