SBI CANADA BANK SELECTS EVERLINK’S ATM EXPRESS 360°™ MANAGED SERVICES

MARKHAM, ON, AUGUST 18TH, 2020 – Everlink Payment Services Inc. is pleased to announce that SBI Canada Bank has selected Everlink for the refresh of their ATM fleet in conjunction with their Windows 10 upgrade initiative. In addition, SBI Canada will outsource components of their ATM operations to Everlink, leveraging Everlinks ATM Express 360°™ Managed Services.

More and more Financial Institutions are seeking ways to optimize their ATM operational expenses, without sacrificing ATM channel security and user experience quality. For this reason, SBI Canada Bank looked to partner with Everlink, and leverage Everlink expertise in delivering a full turnkey ATM managed outsource model – Everlink ATM Express 360°™ Managed Services. As consumers increasingly opt for card-based, online, mobile and other emerging digital channels to do their banking, ATM transaction volumes have slowly and steadily eroded over the past several years. That said, the ATM channel will continue to be a popular and viable channel for years to come prompting many banks and credit unions to look for ways to drive operational efficiencies through flexible, progressive and variable OPEX models, such as Everlinks ATM Express 360°™ Managed Services program.

SBI Canada Bank will be refreshing their entire ATM channel by upgrading all of their ATM locations to Diebold 7750 series ATMs, with the first installation scheduled for later this Fall.
